About the Chef

Chef Leigh believes her passion for cooking is inherited.
She is a third generation chef following in the footsteps of her mother and grandmother before her.

Leigh began her career working at her family’s restaurant in New York City and completed her formal training as a classical chef at the renowned Chef’s Academy, Cucina Con Vista, in Florence, Italy.

“Although I had many fine instructors in culinary school, I feel my real teachers were my family and their traditions because they shared with me not only their cooking skills but also their love and passion for great food.”

In her 30+ year career, Chef Leigh has cooked in some of the world’s finest restaurants in both the United States and Europe and now brings her passion, knowledge, skill set and distinguished palate to her Catering Boutique.

Our professional and highly trained staff are there to assist you from set-up through clean-up. Their goal is to insure the success of your event and satisfy all your expectations. Years of experience enable our team to anticipate everyone’s needs and create the friendly and helpful atmosphere necessary for a successful event.
